Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Due to the international nature of our products, return shipping costs to China are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery)
  • The item is significantly different from the product description
  • The item never arrives (after 60 days from shipping date)

For change of mind, we offer store credit only (not cash refunds).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours
  2. Email us at support@artisannooks.com with your order number
  3. We will review and respond within 3 business days

For damaged items, you may choose between a full refund (no need to return) or a replacement shipped at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Items returned without prior approval

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
