Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (FREE on orders over $50):
- United States: 15-30 business days
- Canada: 18-35 business days
- Europe: 15-30 business days
- Australia/NZ: 20-40 business days
- Rest of World: 20-45 business days
Note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing or local postal services.
Express Shipping ($25.00):
- United States: 8-15 business days
- Canada: 10-18 business days
- Europe: 8-15 business days
- Australia/NZ: 12-20 business days
- Rest of World: 12-20 business days
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 3-5 days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ArtisanNooks is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We declare items at their full purchase value for customs purposes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package has not arrived within:
- Standard shipping: 45 days (US/EU), 60 days (other regions)
- Express shipping: 25 days
Please contact us at support@artisannooks.com. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
Address Changes
We can only change shipping addresses within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Multiple Items
Items in the same order may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
